can i get a duplicate ticket in case the original is misplaced or lost

In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket cannot be issued. However, you may view your booking confiramtion by visiting Your Profile > Your Orders. You will be allowed to enter the amusement park by showing that booking confirmation.
