However, Paytm is only a platform that helps you book bus tickets online, and it does not operate any bus services of its own. We have tied up with several bus operators & service providers to offer you a smooth and joyous ride, but since these are large, people driven operations, exceptions can occur. We recommend you use operators where your past experience has been good. You can also drop us a note at Customer Care and we will share feedback with the operator.
