What are the steps post booking on Paytm to delivery of the vehicle?
- Post booking, you will receive a call from the vehicle dealership within 24-48 hours to schedule a visit
- If you have chosen the financing option, you will receive a call from our financing partner within 24-48 hours.
- Please submit the relevant documents and provide details required by the lender to process your application
- You will be informed when your loan application is processed.
- If not accepted Paytm will refund booking fees within 2 business days.
- If accepted, the dealership will be informed of the same and will reach out to you.
- Visit the dealership with the Paytm booking ID which is accessible from Your Profile > Your Orders
- Submit the necessary documents at the dealership
- Complete the loan formalities and pay the processing and booking fees (if any) to the financier.
- Pay the remaining payment (On-road price – Booking amount)(if any)
- Collect your vehicle from the dealership
- Enjoy your ride!
