What are the steps to book a vehicle on Paytm?
- Visit the Cars & Bikes Page/Tab on www.paytm.com or go to Paytm App
- Select your preferred vehicle Type/Brand/Model
- Choose the Vehicle variant and color you want
- Once you land on the vehicle description page, choose your location/dealership location (whichever is applicable) near you
- Enter your address pin code to see if there is a dealership in your locality
- Choose your payment option i.e Ex-Showroom price or Financing Option
- Click on ‘Book’ button to proceed to the cart page
- Apply Promo Code, if any
- Enter the name and address of the person on whom the vehicle will be registered
- Click on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
- Crosscheck your vehicle model & make, location selected and the amount payable in the Order Summary
- Click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ to go ahead with your booking.
- Choose the preferred Mode of Payment.
- Enter your Card number and other card details.
- Click on ‘Pay Now’ to pay the booking amount + convenience fee
- You will receive a booking confirmation number. A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you on the registered email id and phone number. You may also download your booking Id by visiting Your Profile > Your Orders
- In a rare case, if you do not receive the email or SMS, please check for the booking history or contact our Customer Care team.
