can i get a duplicate booking confirmation in case the original is misplaced or lost

In case your booking confirmation is lost or misplaced, a duplicate confirmation cannot be issued. However, you may view your booking confiramtion by visiting Your Profile > Your Orders. You will be allowed to enter the event by showing that booking confirmation at the ticket pick up counter.
