How do I book a hotel

Go to ‘Hotels’ in ‘Book on Paytm’ section on Paytm.com or App and follow these simple steps:

1. Enter destination you want to search for. You can search for any city or a hotel name.
2. Select your check in and check-out dates
3. Select the number of rooms and guests
4. Once you click on ‘Search’, a list of available hotels would show up
5. Choose the hotel, room of your choice and click on the amount to proceed. Make sure you read Hotel”s policy carefully.
6. Review your booking details, enter the primary guest details and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’
7. Select your mode of payment and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
8. Double check the amount and details associated with your payment method and tap “Pay Now’
9. The status of the hotel booking is displayed once the payment is completed
10. You will receive a confirmation email on the email address provided with the Booking Voucher. The Booking Voucher mentions the details of your booking, payment details , cancellation policy and important hotel and Paytm Hotels policies. Please ensure you read the voucher carefully
