Once you have chosen your hotel, duration of stay, number of guests and rooms, room type, then you will be taken to the Booking confirmation page. Once you tap “Proceed to Pay”, you will be able to see all the payment options available: Paytm Wallet, credit or debit card and netbanking. Please choose your preferred payment method and proceed.
If you are using Paytm Wallet, please ensure that you have sufficent balance and your monthly transaction limit is not exceeded. You have the option of part paying through Paytm Wallet and part paying through credit/ debit card or net banking.
Some hotels might also have a Pay-at-Hotel option. Once you have completed the guest details, you will receive a Booking Voucher. Your Booking Voucher will mention the amount you might be expected to pay while checking out. Please read the Voucher carefully before checking in.
