For any payments made through your Paytm wallet, we refund the amount directly to your wallet instantly.

If the payment has been made using both – Paytm wallet and credit/debit card/net banking – then we refund the amount paid via credit/ debit card or net banking to your wallet instantly. In case the wallet limit is exceeded, we refund this amount to the method of payment (credit/ debit card or net banking). Your bank could take within 7-14 days to reflect this amount in your account.

For payments made solely through net banking/ credit or debit cards, the amount is refunded to the credit/ debit card or net banking account instantly. Your bank could take within 7-14 working days to reflect this amount in your account.
