My money was deducted but the booking failed. What do I do?

We’re sorry about that. Please rest assured that your money would be refunded to you, in case of a booking failure.

If you paid using Paytm wallet and you received a payment failure or booking confirmation failure, we will refund the amount to your wallet immediately. If the payment has been made using both Paytm wallet and credit/ debit card or net banking, then we refund the amount paid via credit/ debit card or net banking to your wallet instantly. In case the wallet limit is exceeded, we refund this amount to the method of payment (credit/ debit card or net banking). Your bank could take within 7-14 days to reflect this amount in your account. If the full amount was refunded to your Paytm Wallet and you wish to transfer the amount paid via credit/debit or net banking to your bank account then you can do so at 0% fees. For payments made solely through net banking/ credit or debit cards, the amount is refunded to the credit/ debit card or net banking account instantly. Your bank could take within 7-14 working days to reflect this amount in your account.
