When you cancel a confirmed booking, some amount may be deducted as cancellation charge (per the hotel’s cancellation policy for your booking). For details, you can also read the cancellation policy mentioned in your Booking Voucher. Paytm has no role in determining the cancellation charges and are determined by the hotel at its own discretion.
