How can I update the details of my Extended Warranty?

Your Extended Warranty is linked to the appliance purchased. The personal information used on the Extended Warranty is as per the details used at the time of purchase. In case you find that the details are incorrect, you can reach out to us within 15 days of purchase.

    You can raise the request for the same by following the simple steps:

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’ section in the app.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click on ‘Contact Us’ button
  4. Select ‘Extended Warranty’
  5. Select ‘Update information linked to Extended Warranty’ option
  6. Provide us the updated details.

If the changes requested are allowed as per the terms of the plan, we will update the information and provide you the confirmation within 4 working days.”
