My policy details are incorrect, how do I get them updated?

The policy is issued as per the details registered with Paytm. In case you find that your details are incorrect, you can reach out to us within 15 days of purchase of policy to get your details updated.

You can raise the request for the update by following the simple steps:

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’ section in the app.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Select ‘Home Insurance’ item in the order.
  4. Click on ‘Contact Us’ button
  5. Select ‘Incorrect Policy Details’ option
  6. Provide us the details you want to get corrected.

We will be sending the request to Reliance General Insurance for updating your policy details. They will perform the due diligence at their end before updating the details. The decision taken by Reliance General Insurance will be final in this respect. If the details are approved to be updated, you will receive the updated Certificate with 4 working days of raising the request.
