My policy details are incorrect, how do I get them updated?

Your policy is issued as per your details registered with Paytm. In case you find that the details are incorrect, you can reach out to us within 7 days of purchase of policy to get your details updated.

You can raise the request for the same by following the simple steps:

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’ section in the app.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click on ‘Contact Us’ button
  4. Select ‘Life Insurance’
  5. Select ‘Policy details are incorrect’ option
  6. Provide us the correct details you wish to use for the policy.

We will be sending the request to HDFC for updating your policy details. They will perform the due diligence at their end before updating the details. The decision taken by HDFC will be final in this respect. You will receive the updated Certificate with 4 working days of raising the request.
