My policy details are incorrect, how do I get them updated?

Your policy is issued as per your name registered with Paytm. In case you find that the name is incorrect, you can reach out to us within 15 days of purchase of policy to get your name updated.

You can raise the request for the same by following the simple steps:

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’ section in the app.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Select ‘Personal Accident’ item in the order.
  4. Select ‘Incorrect Policy Details’ option
  5. Provide us the correct name you wish to use for the policy.

We will be sending the request to ICICI for updating your policy details. They will perform the due diligence at their end before updating the name. The decision taken by ICICI will be final in this respect. You will receive the updated Certificate with 4 working days of raising the request.
