Does Cancellation Protect apply to food items purchased during ticket booking?
No, Cancellation Protect option is limited to movie ticket booking and doesn’t apply to food and beverage purchased at the time of booking. Refund will only be given for the movie ticket amount, any additional amount paid for Cancellation Protect, convenience fee or food and beverages will not be refunded. On cancellation of the ticket, the cinema operator reserves the right to allow or disallow redemption of the food item in the order.
