Your Paytm registered mobile number will be the unique identifier for the Club Cinepolis membership. By accepting to the terms of the Club Cinepolis Loyalty program you given consent to Paytm to share your registered mobile number with Cinepolis India and such sharing shall in no event be considered as violation and/or breach of section 43(a) and section 72(a) of Information Technology Act, 2008 and rules made thereunder.
As a member you can earn 1 point for every INR 15 spent on Paytm website located at paytm.com, and all associated sites linked to paytm.com, or the Paytm mobile application or any similar platform, hereinafter collectively, the “Paytm Platform“. A member can earn points for the first 3 transactions in a week and will not earn any points from the fourth transaction onwards in that week
Membership benefits are offered at the discretion of Cinépolis, and it reserves the right, without limitation, to change, limit, modify or cancel rules
The points cannot be redeemed for cash
The points are non-transferable to another member
The points received after 1st of April of any calendar year are valid until the 31st of March of the next calendar year. On the 1st of April, the unused points received since 1st of April of the previous year will be lost and the point balance will be set to zero
If a Club Cinépolis member is found to be misusing the program and its benefits, his or her membership may be canceled, or the person may be barred from using the program
Cinépolis shall not be responsible for any loss, expiration, loss or theft of Club Cinépolis points
You hereby expressly agree that One97 shall in no event be responsible, liable and/or shall be held accountable for any and all the following events and One97 hereby expressly disclaims any such liability, loss, damage, disputes arising out of the following;
(i) Merchantability and/or profitability and/or usefulness of the Membership;
(ii)The terms and conditions of the Membership including without limitation in relation to issuance, usage, redemption, refund, cancellation, point accumulation etc. is purely between You and the Cinepolis and You hereby expressly acknowledge, confirm and agree that One97 shall in no event be responsible for any and/or all claims, liability, costs, disputes, loss arising out of availing such Membership and You hereby expressly waives all your rights to demand and/or take any action to claim the same from One97;
(iii) For delay, cancellation, over-booking, deficiency, non-merchantability of in relation to the said Membership;
(iv) For any dispute(s) arising from the Membership offered by Cinepolis on Paytm Platform;
(v) For any loss, damage, cost, liability arising due to any theft, loss of belongings, accident, additional expenses, fire, any physical injury and/or any and all other loss caused to the Buyer/Customer/User while availing the Membership benefits of any nature offered by Cinepolis through the said Membership; and
You expressly waive any and all right to make One97 responsible for any action, claim, dispute, loss, cost arising either directly and/or indirectly while using and/or making any transaction of any nature on Paytm Platform.
One97 serves only as an intermediary, there is no liability taken by One97 for any aspect of preparations and arrangement between You and the Merchant (Cinepolis) and regarding to the standard of the products/ services/ membership. In no circumstances shall One97 be responsible for the Products/Services/Offerings/Membership offered by the Merchant.
One97 shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links on any of their pages. One97 does not endorse any advertiser on its web pages in any manner. The Merchants are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance.

(iii) For delay, cancellation, over-booking, deficiency, non-merchantability of in relation to the said Membership;
(iv) For any dispute(s) arising from the Membership offered by Cinepolis on Paytm Platform;
(v) For any loss, damage, cost, liability arising due to any theft, loss of belongings, accident, additional expenses, fire, any physical injury and/or any and all other loss caused to the Buyer/Customer/User while availing the Membership benefits of any nature offered by Cinepolis through the said Membership; and
You expressly waive any and all right to make One97 responsible for any action, claim, dispute, loss, cost arising either directly and/or indirectly while using and/or making any transaction of any nature on Paytm Platform.
