You should get a confirmation SMS or email (if email id is registered with your Paytm account), within 15 minutes of the payment. In case you don’t receive booking confirmation, you can download the ticket by visiting “Your Profile” section. Click on “Your Orders” on Paytm app or website, select the movie order and click on download ticket.

You can also get an entry by showing the booking ID in your Paytm app. Click on that particular order, it will display all relevant information along with booking id. We recommend you to check your spam folder once for the email notification. Notification on email will be delivered if you have registered email id with your Paytm account.
