How do I add or remove my registered billing/shipping address?

Your shipping address for each transaction is your default billing address. This can be changed though.

  1. Launch Paytm app
  2. Go to ‘Profile’ section at the bottom of the page
  3. If you are not logged in: click on ‘sign in to Paytm’ (If you are logged in, skip Step 3)
  4. Click on your name at the top of the page
  5. Click on ‘Delivery Address’
  6. To add a new delivery address, click on ‘Add a Delivery Address’. Fill the details and click on ‘Save Delivery Address’
  7. To change the default delivery address, click the icon on the right side of the address you want to keep as default. Click on ‘Edit’ and turn on the ‘Set as Default’. Click ‘Save Delivery Address’

To remove the delivery address, click the icon on the right side of the address you want to remove. Click on ‘Remove’

  2. If you are not logged in: click on ‘Log In/Sign Up’ on the top-right corner of the page and login by entering your registered details (If you are logged in, skip step 2)
  3. Go to your account in the top-right corner and click on ‘View profile’
  4. Click on ‘Address’ tab
  5. To add a new delivery address, click on ‘Add New Address’. Fill the details and click on ‘Save Address’
  6. To remove the delivery address, click the ‘X’ icon on the right side corner of the address you want to remove.
  7. Click on ‘Delete’ and that particular address shall be removed
