How can I change my password

Please do not share your password with anyone, not even with someone claiming to be from Paytm. For changing password:

1. Launch Paytm app
2. Go to ‘Profile’ section at the bottom of the page
3. If you are not logged in: click on ‘sign in to Paytm’ (If you are logged in, skip Step 3)
4. Click on your name at the top of the page
5. Click on ‘change password’ at the bottom of the page
6. Enter the details and click on ‘Update Password’
7. Your password will be updated

2. If you are not logged in: click on ‘Log In/Sign Up’ on the top-right corner of the page and login by entering your registered details (If you are logged in, skip step 2)
3. Go to your account in the top-right corner and click on ‘View profile’
4. Click on ‘Change Password’, enter the details and click ‘Save’
5. Your password will be updated
