I don’t have access to my mobile number. How can I login or update my mobile number?

For the security of your account, we need to verify that you are the account holder.

  1. Please open your credit card or debit card statement which has details of transactions done on Paytm & take a screenshot of the same.
  2. Select ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of this page & follow these steps:
    1. a. Tap on “Regarding” & choose ‘Unable to login’
    2. b. Tap on “More Details” & choose ‘Mobile number lost/not available’
    3. c. Tap on “Tell us” & explain your issue along with your mobile number registered with Paytm
    4. d. Please share a new number that you want to update in your profile
    5. e. Tap on upload a picture & attach the screenshot of your credit card or debit card statement that has details of your transactions on Paytm
    6. e. Tap on “Email” & enter the Email ID on which you want our customer care to contact you
    7. f. Once the details are successfully verified, within 48 hours you will receive an SMS. Please call on the number mentioned in the SMS to update your number on Paytm.
