I don’t have access to my mobile number. How can I login or update my mobile number?
For the security of your account, we need to verify that you are the account holder.
- Please open your credit card or debit card statement which has details of transactions done on Paytm & take a screenshot of the same.
- Select ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of this page & follow these steps:
- a. Tap on “Regarding” & choose ‘Unable to login’
- b. Tap on “More Details” & choose ‘Mobile number lost/not available’
- c. Tap on “Tell us” & explain your issue along with your mobile number registered with Paytm
- d. Please share a new number that you want to update in your profile
- e. Tap on upload a picture & attach the screenshot of your credit card or debit card statement that has details of your transactions on Paytm
- e. Tap on “Email” & enter the Email ID on which you want our customer care to contact you
- f. Once the details are successfully verified, within 48 hours you will receive an SMS. Please call on the number mentioned in the SMS to update your number on Paytm.
