I just received an Email saying that my mobile number has been moved to a different account. How can I access my account/wallet balance?

Don’t worry. Your balance is safe with us. Please follow the steps to claim access to your account/balance:

  1. Launch Paytm app
  2. Tap on “login” icon at the bottom of the app
  3. Tap on “Login to Paytm”
  4. Enter your registered Email address, Paytm password & click on “Secure login”
  5. You will be asked to add a mobile number
  6. Add your new mobile number and enter the OTP
  7. You can access your account and balance with your updated mobile number
