merchant requested wrong amount through otp what should i do now

1. Ask merchant to initiate a new transaction with correct amount

2. Pay using OTP for the correct request.

If you paid higher amount already, ask merchant to refund, if merchant is not able to do, please contact us at care. Select Payments/Paytm wallet and the order Id and raise the query. We will get back to you soon with resolution.
