What are the conditions of full refund if I choose FREE Cancellation with my booking

If you opt for FREE Cancellation, you can cancel the ticket with full refund upto 12 hours of the scheduled departure time of the train from origin station.

You will not be charged any cancellation fee, which is normally charged by Indian Railways/IRCTC
