How will I get to know if the bill was paid?

  • After successful payment, on the confirmation screen we display the status of your bill payment
  • It can be one of the following:

    1. Successful: The bill payment happened successfully
    2. Pending: The system is waiting for a confirmation from the Electricity Board to confirm the payment. If your payment gets into a Pending mode please wait for some time as in most cases it gets automatically cleared to a successful transaction.
